Yannick Kalantarian, founder of The Anchor Group and Managing Director of 2Advice, was guest speaker at the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road China (Guangdong International Communication Forum), held in Zhuhai, China from 19 to 21 September 2018.
Yannick was invited by the organisers to present his views on digital communication, its opportunities and current challenges and to actively participate in the debate around the new Silk Road initiative.. He also presented the first Virtual Travel Fair on Cultural Tourism, a project funded by the European Commission in the framework of the 2018 Europe China Tourism Year (ECTY). VTF will be a VR hub that promotes the best Europe and China have to offer and will facilitate B2B matchmaking between travel trade professionals from Europe and China. The project, managed by 2Advice with technology from Hyperfair Inc., production by i-logics and marketing support from Atlas International Culture, another three members of The Anchor Group, will be launched on 27 and 28 November 2018.
